This week on Revenge of the 80s Radio, we play new music from Gang of Four and Kim Wilde plus tracks by Shonen Knife, ABC, The Saints, Falco, Q-Feel and more
80s icons Tony Hadley and Kim Wilde hopped a British Airways plane on Sunday to play an acoustic gig for fliers and staff. They set a world record as they performed at an altitude of 43.000 feet.
This week, we feature memorable 80s party songs during the first hour and top classic alternative dance tracks during the second hour
Tonight, we will play those classic club and college party favorites of the era through the entire second hour of the show.
This week’s show is loosely-themed “Songs of the Spring.” I write “loosely” because the music is not necessarily about the spring or from the spring, but the selected tracks are songs that I always liked to hear in the spring in the 1980s and beyond.

This week’s show features a track from Seona Dancing, the UK Alt-Pop duo that showcased the vocal prowess of Ricky Gervais, creator of the international hit TV series, The Office. We also showcased a 2008 track from Australian legends Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
