Kid Creole and the Coconuts Open Video and Remix Contest Call

Recently, August Darnell (a.k.a. Kid Creole) released 18 previously unreleased songs to fans of Kid Creole and the Coconuts — having them fine-tuned and distributed by Original Coconut Adriana Kaegi. We will feature a number of these lost tracks on upcoming Revenge of the 80s Radio shows; they are available exclusively to fans on Darnell’s Reverb Nation page.
Darnell and Kaegi also announced the opportunity for fans to win two creative contests directly involving these KKC tracks. They are open to everyone:
- Contest #1: Re-Mix any of the 18 songs (your choice). The winner’s creation will appear on the next new Kid Creole album.
- Contest #2: Produce a video of your favorite of the 18 tracks. The winner will receive $1000.
